Customer Service Representative
Job Description
  • The objective of the role is to provide excellent customer service delivery that will attract and retain customers to our stores.
Responsibilities
  • Greet customers with a pleasant smile at the entrance and exit.
  • Offer baskets and direct customers to the food court/grocery and non-food sections.
  • Provide accurate information and answer customers’ questions about our products and services. e.g. Products locations, features, pricing etc.
  • Cross selling/suggestive influence customers buying decisions once they step into the stores.
  • Increase traffic to the store, and keep tap of the daily customer count.
  • Greet customers at the exit as they leave the store.
  • Inform customers about discounts, and special offers
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Specification
  • Experience in similar role with minimum of three years’ experience
  • OND & BSc holder will be an added advantage.
  • Experience in the retail or hospitality industry will be an added advantage.
